The two gallon unit also allows for the Barista to make Mocha’s, cappuccino’s, and latte’s with two types of milk.
The unit can be retrofitted with a two way valve which can switch between milks. So you can produce a latte with 2% milk, skim milk, and 1% ( half 2% and half skim) !

The MilkMate 2G (2 gallon fridge) is also Ideal as a storage fridge for carts . It’s small footprint allows the MilkMate 2G (2 Gallon) Fridge to fit under a counter of a portable cart , kiosks and holds up to 1100 square inches of product. Internal dimensions are: 6.375″ x 12.5″ x 11.75″ high.
