- consists of 1 size: 127mm (5″)x 129.6mm (5.1″)x 6.05cm (2.4″) High 32 fin extruded heat sink
- 1 Extender block 40 mm x 40 mm face with 12 mm wings for fasteners with – 2 holes
- 22 mm apart and are tapped for 8-32 screws.( other size hole can be ordered)
- 1 closed cell neoprene gasket 3/8″ thick.
- 1 TEC1-EX Peltier module, 15.6 V max , 8 amps ,98 watts best in class material
- We also supply TEC1-12703T200, TEC1-12704T200 , TEC1-12706T200, TEC1-12708T200 and TEC1-127010T200 as substitute modules if required

This is one of the most concentrated heat sink designs you can buy! Fin height is almost 2″ alone (59mm) and is an extruded heat sink! All of our fins are serrated which adds additional surface area, with a thick base for heat spreading which, in turn, increases cooling efficiency for both cooling of peltier modules
or cooling the cold side in thermoelectric power generation
applications. 2 of these heat sinks are used in our 12VDC-24 Air unit
and surpass any Chinese made air units on the market in surface area by a factor of 4. This means you get 4 times the cooling you would from a similiar looking Chinese air cooled unit. Although they look alike, the Chinese units are smaller, us less modules, and produce significantly less power! Surface area
on the cold side is paramount for good power and heat flux
Adjacent are 2 heat pipes we have designed to fit up to a 40mm module. The top heat pipe will accommodate a single module while the one below will hold two 40 mm modules. These heat pipes work as good or better than most extruded or bonded heatsinks.
Other benefits include less cost and require less air flow , which in turn makes the system design more quite.
They use evaporative cooling and use environmentally friendly water as the working fluid.

High efficiency heat pipe coils with water as the working fluid in a vacuum. ( NO CFC’S)
This heat pipe is not only environmentally friendly, but requires NO compressor. It uses evaporative cooling and convection to cool, is extremely efficient and requires very little forced convection (fan speed) to cool. You can cool a custom cabinet for wine, which holds 100 bottles, using two evaporators and produce little or no noise.
